Terms of Service

Last updated October 28, 2026

These terms are an agreement between LIBERATING INTELLIGENCE, LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company (“Liberanto”, “we”), and the business that uses Liberanto (the “Customer”) together with the people the Customer lets in (“users”). By creating an account or using Liberanto you agree to them.

1. The service

Liberanto provides software for contractors — Liberanto Office, Liberanto Quote and Liberanto Marketing — on the web and in mobile apps. Features change and improve over time. Some features work through other companies' services, such as phone carriers, Stripe, Google and Meta.

2. Accounts

Give accurate information, keep your sign-in to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has used it. The Customer's owner decides who is on the team and what each person can do, and is responsible for what users do in the account.

3. Your data

The Customer owns the information it puts into Liberanto or receives through it. The Customer lets us store and process that information only to provide and support the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. The Customer can export its data at any time.

4. Your responsibilities

5. AI features

Liberanto uses artificial intelligence to draft replies, summarize calls, suggest times and fill in records. AI can be wrong. The Customer chooses which automations to turn on and is responsible for messages sent on its behalf, including those sent automatically.

6. Payments from your clients

Online payments run through Stripe on the Customer's own Stripe account, under Stripe's terms. Liberanto is not a party to the transactions between the Customer and its clients.

7. Fees

The Customer pays the fees of its plan as agreed when it signs up or as shown on its invoice, plus any applicable taxes. Usage-based charges, such as calls and texts, are billed as described in the plan.

8. Acceptable use

Do not use Liberanto to send spam or unlawful messages, to break the law or anyone's rights, to upload malicious code, to get around its security or limits, or to copy or resell the service.

9. Other companies' services

Connected services (for example Google, Meta, Stripe and phone carriers) have their own terms, and their availability is up to them. We are not responsible for them, but we will help when something on their side affects you.

10. Availability

We work to keep Liberanto running and your data safe, but we cannot promise the service will never be interrupted or free of errors.

11. Disclaimer

Except as these terms say, Liberanto is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the extent the law allows.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, neither side is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages or for lost profits, and Liberanto's total liability for any claim is limited to the fees the Customer paid in the 12 months before the claim.

13. Indemnity

The Customer will defend and compensate Liberanto for claims that arise from the Customer's messages, content or breach of law or of these terms.

14. Ending the service

The Customer may stop using Liberanto and close its account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or is not paid, after notice when we reasonably can. Before an account closes, the Customer can export its data; afterwards it is deleted as the Privacy Policy describes.

15. Changes

We may update these terms. We update the date above and, for significant changes, tell Customers in the app or by email before they take effect.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Disputes go to the state or federal courts in Hamilton County, Tennessee.
