Liberanto is software for contractors: it answers their calls and texts, keeps their clients, jobs, estimates and invoices, books their visits and runs their back office. It is made by LIBERATING INTELLIGENCE, LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company (“Liberanto”, “we”). This policy covers liberanto.com and our apps — Liberanto Office (office.liberanto.com and the Office app for iPhone), Liberanto Quote and Liberanto Marketing.
Whose information this is
Two groups of people meet Liberanto:
- Our customers — contractors and the people on their team who sign in to Liberanto.
- Their clients — homeowners and businesses who call, text, email or hire a contractor that uses Liberanto.
For a contractor's clients, the contractor decides what is collected and why; we process that information on the contractor's behalf and follow their instructions. If you are a client with a question about your information, ask the contractor — or write to us and we will help them answer.
What we collect
- Account details — name, email, phone number, role, company details and sign-in records.
- Business records a company keeps in Liberanto or that reach it through Liberanto — contacts, addresses, jobs, estimates, contracts, invoices, payments, photos, notes and schedules.
- Communications — text messages, calls and emails sent through or to the company's Liberanto number and address. Where the company records calls, recordings and transcripts are kept; the AI receptionist tells callers the call is recorded.
- Payments — online payments are processed by Stripe on the company's own Stripe account. We never see or store full card or bank numbers.
- Device information — app version, the token used to deliver notifications, and error logs (without the content of messages).
- Cookies — one cookie that keeps you signed in. No advertising or tracking cookies.
Connected accounts: Google and Meta
A person or company may connect an outside account. We use it only for what the connection says on the screen, and the person can disconnect it at any time.
Google Calendar. When a team member connects their Google Calendar, Liberanto creates, updates and deletes the events for the visits and job starts assigned to them (an owner may choose to receive all of the company's visits). To avoid booking a visit over something else, Liberanto may read the times of the other events in that calendar and show them to that person inside Liberanto; it does not share them with anyone else.
Google Business Profile. When a company connects its Business Profile, Liberanto publishes the posts and photos the company approves and reads the profile's information and reviews.
Facebook and Instagram. When a company connects its pages, Liberanto publishes the posts the company approves and reads basic page information.
Limited Use. Liberanto's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Google user data only to provide the features above. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or use it to train artificial-intelligence models, and no person at Liberanto reads it unless you ask us to, it is needed for security, or the law requires it.
To disconnect Google, use Settings → Your calendar → Disconnect in Liberanto Office, or remove Liberanto at myaccount.google.com/permissions. We then delete the access we held right away.
How we use information
- To run the service: answer and route calls and texts, keep conversations, book and remind about visits, prepare and send estimates, contracts and invoices, take payments, and send the messages a company asks us to send.
- To help with artificial intelligence: draft replies, summarize calls and fill in records. These drafts and summaries are produced by AI providers that process the information only to return a result, under terms that do not let them train their models on it.
- To keep the service secure, fix problems and improve it.
- To comply with the law.
Text messages
Mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. Anyone who receives texts from a company through Liberanto can reply STOP to stop them or HELP for help; message and data rates may apply.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the providers that run parts of the service for us, each bound to use it only for that:
- Cloudflare — hosting, storage and email delivery;
- Telnyx — phone calls and text messages;
- Stripe — online payments;
- Anthropic — AI drafts and summaries; Deepgram — call transcription;
- Apple — notifications to the iPhone app;
- Google and Meta — only for the accounts a person or company connects.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect people's safety or our rights, or to a buyer if Liberanto's business is sold, under this same policy.
How long we keep it
We keep a company's information while its account is open. A deleted job stays in the trash for 30 days and is then erased. When a company closes its account, we delete its information within 90 days, except what the law requires us to keep. Copies in backups are overwritten on their regular cycle.
Security
Information travels encrypted. Sensitive details — such as tax identification numbers and the access we hold to connected accounts — are also encrypted where they are stored. Inside a company, people see what their role allows.
Your choices and deleting your data
- Customers can export their company's data from the app at any time, and close their account by writing to us.
- Anyone can ask what we hold about them, ask for a correction, or ask for it to be deleted: email [email protected]. We confirm the request and complete it within 30 days. If the information belongs to a contractor's records, we work with that contractor to answer.
- Connected accounts — disconnect in the app or in your Google or Facebook account settings; we delete the access we held right away.
Children
Liberanto is a service for businesses. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
When we change this policy we update the date above. If a change is significant, we tell our customers in the app or by email before it takes effect.
